Prior to your visit, complete the electronic paperwork sent by the clinic. Meet with one of our physicians to review your medical history, including qualifying conditions. Following your appointment, a Physician Certification Form will be submitted to the State.
Step 3: Submit Your Application to the State
Complete your application online on the Missouri Medical Marijuana Portal. We can help with this process! Within 30 days, you will be notified by the State of approval. Once your card is downloaded and printed (we can help with this as well), you are legal!
